Rebecca
POSTPARTUM DOULA, NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST, & CERTIFIED LACTATION COUNSELOR
Rebecca (Mills) Norris is a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and Certified Lactation Counselor with more than a decade of professional experience and over 20 years of supporting families. Her extensive training as a Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Lactation Counselor informs her calm, confident approach and allows her to offer comprehensive, evidence-informed support during the early weeks of parenthood.
She combines deep knowledge with practical guidance and a warm, grounding presence to help families feel truly cared for. Rebecca values inclusivity in all family structures and is especially gifted at helping parents set realistic goals, build supportive routines, and see the big picture of their postpartum experience. Families appreciate her ability to anticipate needs, offer reassurance, and create a steady, empowering environment.
Her passion for postpartum work began with her own early parenting experiences, including raising twins, which sparked a lifelong dedication to support new families. Today, she teaches individualized newborn care and breastfeeding education classes and provides in-home support focused on newborn care, feeding, and family well-being.
Outside of doula work, Rebecca enjoys life with her wife, three teenage sons, baby girl, and their two large, lovable dogs. She loves audiobooks, travel, and puzzles.
“Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she was willing to accommodate any need that arose. It was helpful to have someone there who had experienced all the new challenges that come with twins.”
